Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a day shift outpatient travel contract requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and valid state licensure.

Details

• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Mileage reimbursement provided in addition to compensation
• Outpatient physical therapy setting

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in all applicable states of practice required; license required if applicable
• DPT degree required for candidates who obtained licensure on or after January 2016
• Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
• Valid driver's license required; must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the physical therapy specialty required
• Must have worked in the submitted specialty within the last 3 months
• 2 supervisory references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Candidates must have no prior disciplinary action or hits on their license
• Skills checklist for the specialty completed within the past year required for consideration

Additional Information

• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for the duration of the contract
