• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute meal break
• No on-call requirements
• Uses InSync EMR system

Requirements

• Active PT license required for consideration; license required if applicable
• Compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained shortly after starting assignment
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
• One professional reference required for consideration

• Equipment will be provided during the interview process
• Candidates with prior PRN or permanent employment at this facility must have a one-year separation before being eligible to return as a traveler
