American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home care experience for a 13-week VNA Home Health assignment in Massachusetts.

Details

• Home health setting providing physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence
• Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Documents using Epic EMR
• Time tracking via UKG/Kronos

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program required; Master's degree or doctorate preferred
• Current MA Physical Therapist licensure and registration required; conditional licenses not accepted
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in a healthcare setting required; home care experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy principles required
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsible for planning and delivering PT services in accordance with each patient's plan of care
• Reports to the VNA Clinical Team Manager, Rehabilitation
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
• Candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and subject to a reduced pay rate
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront
