American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CVICU/CCU Night Shift position at a community hospital in Colorado, requiring Day 0 CVICU experience and a minimum of 3 years of critical care nursing experience.

Details

• CVICU and CCU setting within a smaller independent community hospital located on the I-70 corridor between Denver and Grand Junction, CO
• Facility features two Cath Labs, including one Hybrid Cath Lab
• 12-hour night shifts (1900–0730) with weekend rotation
• Must participate in the on-call rotation, taking 1 call shift per 2-week period if requested due to staffing needs
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CO RN license or Compact RN license currently in good standing (Nursys verification required)
• Current AHA certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience required
• Day 0 CVICU experience required
• Strong CVICU clinical skills required
• Flu vaccine required — no exemptions
• DOB or SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• RNs must be comfortable covering both CVICU and CCU as needed
• Candidate's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
