American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Stepdown/Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent cardiac telemetry experience and an NC or Compact RN license in hand.

Details

• Cardiac Stepdown/Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
• Rotating days and nights on a blocked schedule (8-week blocks)
• Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00–19:30; Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–7:30
• Minimum of 4 weekend shifts and 4 Monday or Friday shifts required per contract based on unit needs
• Floating required to PCU, Stepdown, and IMCU units
• On-call responsibilities required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 10-week contract

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications in hand
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Telemetry experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 1 supervisory professional reference from within the last year required for consideration

• Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at a reduced pay rate
• Orientations are held bi-weekly
• Royal Blue scrubs required
• Flu vaccine required between October 31 and March 31 with no exemptions accepted
