American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an inpatient acute care Pediatrics position in Springfield, MA, requiring 2 years of experience and a MA RN license.

Details

• Inpatient acute care pediatric unit in a hospital setting
• 45-bed unit serving a diverse patient population from the neonatal period through age 21
• Patient diagnoses include medical, surgical, oncology, trauma, orthopedic, and behavioral health conditions
• Expected nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4–5
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• May float to Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), and Continuing Care Nursery
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• No on-call requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Two professional references required for consideration
