Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience for a 13-week travel contract in the Milwaukee area, with on-call requirements and a flexible service territory.

Details

• Home health setting serving the Milwaukee territory, with a service area of up to 60 miles from the hub/office
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00)
• Geriatric patient population
• Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day (confirm during interview)
• On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
• EMR: HCHB experience required
• OASIS experience required
• iPad provided for use in the field

Requirements

• Current, active OT license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health OT experience
• Current BLS certification required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• OASIS documentation experience required
