Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift travel contract in Oregon, requiring ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications with at least 1 year of ED experience.

Details

• Work in a hospital Emergency Department serving a wide variety of patients, from non-critical to emergent medical and mental health conditions
• Patients arrive both by walk-in and emergency transport
• Night shift schedule: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required
• This facility strictly enforces all posted requirements and will not consider candidates who do not meet every listed certification and experience criterion

Additional Information

• All ED staff are certified to care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric patients
• Mental health emergencies are included in the patient population served
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
