Description

American Traveler is seeking a highly proficient Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with critical care and advanced ventilator management experience for a night shift position.

Details

• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• Devices used include: Servo I ventilators, V60 + BiPAP, Teleflex heated high flow system, Smart Best high frequency chest wall oscillator, and ResMed AirCurve 10 BiPAP

Requirements

• Current RRT license; Missouri state RRT license required if applicable
• Current certifications: NBRC, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care
• Invasive and non-invasive ventilator management experience required
• Servo I ventilator experience required
• Proficiency and expertise in performing intubations required
• Experience with ABG draws
• Two references required for consideration
• PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform intubations; candidates must be proficient and confident in this skill
• Manage patients on invasive and non-invasive ventilatory support
