Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience for a night shift position working across neonatal and pediatric critical care units.

Details

• Work setting includes NICU, PICU, and CVICU with pediatric patients
• Level 4 NICU (highest acuity) experience environment
• May float to satellite NICU and pediatric rehab locations
• Night shift hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedule is 4x12-hour shifts per week
• 12-week contract

Requirements

• Current Ohio RRT license required — must be in hand prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PEDS, PICU, and/or NICU required
• High-acuity (Level 4 NICU) experience required
• Current certifications required: NBRC credential, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy care to critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients across NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings
• Two fingerprinting sessions are required: one completed on-site at the facility prior to start, and one completed through the agency
• All work history, including any prior experience at the facility system, must be included in your profile
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be communicated at the time of submission and during the interview
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility system may be subject to a waiting period before being eligible for a new assignment
