American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Clinic Care Coordinator (Case Management) position requiring a minimum of 3 years of case management experience in a weekday-only outpatient clinic setting.

Details

• Position is based in a Surgery Outpatient Clinic setting
• Collaborative role working alongside nursing staff and providers to coordinate patient care
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch) or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; no weekends or holidays
• Floating to other departments may be required based on qualifications, which may include taking a patient load or performing task-oriented duties such as answering call lights or phones
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active AZ RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of case management experience required

Additional Information

• Role involves care coordination and case management within a Surgery Outpatient Clinic, collaborating with nursing staff and providers
• New employee orientation is scheduled every other Monday; missing the compliance deadline will result in the start date being pushed to the next available orientation date
• Maximum of 2 unapproved days off (RTO) permitted during the contract
