American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 3+ years of experience for an acute care hospital position specializing in complex neurological and cardiac cases, working 4x10-hour day shifts.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting specializing exclusively in complex neurology and complex cardiac cases
• Patient population includes cardiopulmonary, geriatric, and neurological diagnoses
• Schedule: Day shifts, 4x10 hours (7:00–17:30)
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state of Washington
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of physical therapy experience required
• Experience in cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, and neurology required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active PT license required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Additional Information

• This position focuses on complex neuro and complex cardiac patient populations
• Refusal to float between state facilities may result in termination of the assignment
• RTO is expected to be minimal; all time-off requests must be disclosed prior to submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
• Former permanent staff from this facility must have been separated for at least 3 months and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Permanent employees from other non-Swedish Providence facilities are eligible for a travel contract after a 3-month separation
