American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week night shift contract in an adult respiratory care unit in Austin, TX, requiring at least 1 year of experience and current ACLS and BLS certifications.

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekend schedule
• No on-call requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• RRT credential required; must be active and in good standing — license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in respiratory therapy
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• Must have worked in the specialty within the last 6 months
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required for candidates licensed in Florida or Missouri)
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
