American Traveler is seeking a PTA for an outpatient position at a short-term acute care facility in Medford, OR, requiring an active Oregon PTA license and Epic EMR experience.

Details

• Outpatient setting within a 108-bed short-term acute care hospital
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
• Uses Epic for charting and documentation
• No floating between units within this assignment
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Oregon PTA license required prior to consideration
• Minimum 2 years of recent PTA experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are eligible to apply
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; all RTO requests must be disclosed at time of submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
• Scrubs in any color are acceptable for Allied staff
• No parking fee
