Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with 2+ years of experience for a night shift Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics position at a hospital in Louisiana.

Details

• 13-week travel contract
• Night shift: 4x12-hour shifts, 18:30–06:30
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• NICU experience preferred

Requirements

• CRT or RRT required
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• ACLS and PALS preferred
• NICU background preferred
• Active Louisiana state license required (if applicable)
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP (travelers may begin with NRP pending)
• Supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Blue scrubs required
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Up to 5 days of RTO may be requested for this assignment
• Former permanent employees of any facility within this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before being considered for a travel assignment
