American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient rehab setting, open to first-time travelers and new graduates, working 8-hour day shifts in an outpatient ortho environment.

Details

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• 8-hour day shifts
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• No floating to other clinics required
• Travel team options may be available at this clinic or a neighboring clinic
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active PTA license required (if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• Date of birth required for consideration
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply

Additional Information

• Provide hands-on physical therapy assistance to outpatient orthopedic patients
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted
• Any overtime hours must be pre-approved by the director before being worked
