American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week SNF and home health assignment, with supervisory responsibilities over PTAs and a productivity-driven schedule.

Details

• Care settings include a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and home health (HH)
• Supervises 2-3 PTAs across care settings
• Productivity expectations are 80% efficiency at the SNF and 90% efficiency for home health
• A therapy supervisor is available on-site at the SNF
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift (8-hour shifts), with occasional weekend availability as needed
• EMR systems used are Nethealth (SNF) and HomeCare HomeBase (HH)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Active PT license required if applicable
• Experience in SNF and/or home health settings preferred
• Familiarity with productivity-based therapy models preferred
