American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist with 1+ year of orthopedic experience for an outpatient therapy position in Lafayette, IN, working Monday–Friday days.

Details

• Outpatient therapy setting located within a YMCA facility
• Orthopedic and neurological patient population, including post-op, sports medicine injuries, overuse injuries, and low back pain
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; no weekend or on-call shifts
• No float requirements
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Strong proficiency in general orthopedics, including post-op patients, sports medicine, overuse injuries, and low back pain
• Active Indiana PT license required (license required if applicable)
• US SSN required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Preferred experience with therapeutic modalities such as soft tissue mobilization and taping techniques
• Patient population also includes neurological cases in addition to orthopedic
• High-energy, team-oriented personality preferred
• Dark gray scrubs required; full dress code policy must be followed
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but may be considered at a reduced rate
• 24-week contract
