American Traveler is hiring an experienced Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist with required neuro experience and a CA license for a 58-bed acute rehab program.

Details

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation unit in a hospital setting
• 58-bed program serving a complex patient population
• Specializations include CVA, brain injury, SCI, cancer rehab, and complex orthopedic cases
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CA OT license required
• Minimum 2 years of OT experience required
• Acute rehab experience required
• Neuro OT experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• 2 supervisory references from within the past two years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Work as part of a large, interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved during the contract
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
