American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of hospital-based experience for an outpatient position at a Level 3 Trauma Center in Oklahoma, with Epic experience required.

• Outpatient PT setting within an acute care hospital (171 beds)
• Level 3 Trauma Center
• May float from outpatient to inpatient to meet facility needs
• Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8s)
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR used; experience required
• Parking is free

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience in a hospital setting
• Current PT license required (license required if applicable)
• All required certifications must be current
• Epic EMR experience required, preferably used in Oklahoma and within the past year
• Minimum of two successful prior travel assignments required with no performance or attendance issues — first-time travelers will not be considered

Additional Information

• Scrub color varies by unit
• RTO is capped at 5 days for the 13-week assignment; no RTO will be approved the day before, the day of, or the day after a holiday
• No additional RTO requests will be accepted after the time of submission or once on contract
• The facility enforces a zero-fault attendance policy — any missed shift, regardless of reason, is counted as unexcused; two missed shifts result in a warning and three or more may result in contract cancellation
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
• No background hits are permitted
• Block scheduling and special scheduling requests are not accommodated
• Candidates must complete all assigned modules prior to their start date
