Requirements

• Active Indiana PTA license required; candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full state licensure during the assignment
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked for ATI in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before returning as a traveler
