American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) and a COTA for a Level III trauma facility, offering inpatient rehabilitation services with a focus on adult and geriatric patients.

Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation setting at a 100-bed Level III trauma facility
• Day shift with rotating weekend coverage
• 32 hours per week
• Primary patient population is adult and geriatric
• Wide variety of diagnoses and treatment cases
• Float requirement to the ARU (Acute Rehabilitation Unit)
• Charting done in Cerner

Requirements

• Active OT or COTA license required (license required if applicable)
• BLS certification required
• RQI certifications are not accepted
• Strong time management and flexibility skills required
• Must be a collaborative team player
• Social Security number required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Adaptable candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
• Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
