American Traveler is seeking a PTA for an outpatient physical therapy position at a Level II Trauma Center in Decatur, IL, requiring an active Illinois license and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting within an acute care hospital (372 staffed beds)
• Level II Trauma Center
• 13-week contract
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00–16:30); 4x10 schedule also considered
• Monday through Friday; no weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required
• Block scheduling available (M–F block)
• Charting via Cerner

Requirements

• Active Illinois PTA license required; pending licensure is not accepted — license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA required

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates are accepted; no radius restriction applies
• RTO requests of no more than 5 days preferred; all time-off requests should be submitted at the time of initial consideration
• Gray scrubs or professional attire required
