American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab assignment with a caseload spanning SNF, acute swing bed, and outpatient settings in a one-on-one care model.

Details

• Primary coverage in SNF and acute swing bed settings, with occasional outpatient treatment (general, neurological, and orthopedic)
• One-on-one patient care model in all settings
• Caseload of 6–10 patients per 8-hour shift, depending on setting
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8-hour day shifts)

Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Experience across SNF, acute swing bed, and outpatient settings is beneficial given the varied caseload
• No weekend shifts required based on the stated Monday–Friday schedule
