American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for an inpatient and swing bed assignment in Colorado working Monday–Friday day shifts.

Details

• Inpatient and swing bed setting within a hospital rehabilitation services department
• Patient population spans pediatric to geriatric
• Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Active Colorado PT license required
• BLS certification required
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and administering individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians and the care team
• Treatments may include manual exercises, traction, hydrotherapy, ultrasound, and other physical agents, as well as use of assistive and supportive devices
• Discharge planning responsibilities include designing home exercise programs and coordinating follow-up care with the broader care team
• Contributes to in-service training and staff development within the rehabilitation department
