Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience and Epic/OASIS proficiency for a 13-week travel contract.

Details

• Home health setting with a caseload of 4–5 patients per day, depending on territory and drive time
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard rate
• Epic EMR used; OASIS documentation required

Requirements

• Current, active OT license (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• OASIS experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across an assigned territory
• Caseload and daily schedule may vary based on geographic territory and patient drive time
