American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 1 year of experience for a day shift position at a Level 3 Trauma Center acute care hospital in Oklahoma.

Details

• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (with night shift listed as 18:30–07:00 in system; confirm shift details with recruiter)
• 171-bed acute care hospital at a Level 3 Trauma Center
• Respiratory and neuro diagnostics unit
• NICU experience preferred
• Weekends required every other weekend
• Block scheduling is not available for this position
• Epic EMR used; experience required
• Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
• Active CRT or RRT license required; license required if applicable
• Current certifications required: BLS and NRP
• Epic EMR experience required, preferably used in Oklahoma and within the last year
• Minimum of two completed travel assignments with no performance or attendance issues
• No background hits allowed
• Pending licenses are not accepted

• Candidates must complete all assigned compliance modules before their start date
• Candidates must commit to completing lab work within 48–72 hours of signing
• The facility enforces a zero-fault attendance policy — any missed scheduled shift, regardless of reason, is counted as unexcused; 2 missed shifts result in a warning and 3 or more may result in cancellation
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for the 13-week assignment; no holiday RTO is permitted, and no additional RTO may be requested after the time of consideration or while on contract
