American Traveler is hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehab unit at a full-service tertiary hospital in Ardmore, OK, requiring 1+ year of experience and active OTR or LOTR licensure.

Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation unit at a full-service tertiary hospital with 190 licensed beds
• Day shift, 5x8 schedule (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• 13-week contract
• EMR: Epic
• No float, call, or weekend requirements

Requirements

• Active OTR or LOTR license required for consideration, if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent OT experience in the specialty
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Perform objective OT assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages
• Work under the general supervision of the Manager of Physical Medicine in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
• Black scrubs required
• Up to 5 days of RTO is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documented renewal is scheduled
• Local candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but subject to a reduced bill rate
• Candidates living within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a 1-year separation or transfer outside the 50-mile radius is required
• The facility has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval® for its Joint Replacement Center
