Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with pediatric hospital experience for a rotating day/night position in a pediatric unit, floating between the CORE team and PICU.

Details

• Position is based in a pediatric hospital setting, with a home base on the CORE team and floating to the PICU unit
• Rotating day and night shifts, with a likelihood of more night shifts; unit requires flexibility
• Day shift: 7:00–19:00 | Night shift: 19:00–7:30 (3x12-hour shifts)
• Floating between units is required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pediatric hospital setting
• Some Level III or IV NICU experience required
• Active Ohio (OH) RRT license required if applicable
• At least 2 professional references required for consideration, with at least one from a manager or supervisor

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked permanently at this facility must have a gap of at least 2 years before being considered
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
• Attendance is taken seriously; no call/no shows may result in disciplinary action up to termination
