• Outpatient physical therapy setting located in Fairbanks, AK
• AM shift, 8 hours per day
• 26-week contract

Requirements

• Active PT license required; candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full Alaska state licensure during the assignment
• SSN required for consideration
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
• Experience with InSync EMR preferred
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility as PRN or permanent staff must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
