American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient adult assignment in Redwood City, CA, working Monday–Friday day shifts with Epic EMR experience preferred.

Details

• Outpatient setting treating adult patient population
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8-hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Epic EMR used at this facility

Requirements

• Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable)
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Copies of relevant certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates are welcome to apply
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a 90-day break, regardless of whether the time was continuous or spanned multiple assignments with gaps of less than three months
