Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for a Sports Medicine unit at an island community hospital off the coast of Massachusetts, with complimentary shared housing provided.

Details

• Outpatient-only position within a Sports Medicine unit
• Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week, with shifts starting between 8:00–8:30 AM
• Serves a year-round island population of 15,000+ residents, with up to 100,000 additional seasonal visitors annually
• Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active Massachusetts PT license required; conditional licenses not accepted
• BLS certification required; AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted
• License required, if applicable

Additional Information

• Shared housing is provided at no cost for the duration of the assignment
• Flu vaccine is required; no religious or medical exemptions are accepted
• Candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted pay rate
