Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of recent inpatient hospital experience and a current PT license for an acute rehab role.

Details

• Inpatient rehab or acute care setting
• Shift is 5x8 hour days, totaling 40 hours per week
• Facility requires a 25-mile minimum distance from candidates’ residence
• Crisis Prevention training (TEAM or CPI) required within 6 months of hire

Requirements

• Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license required; no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient rehab or acute care experience in a U.S. hospital
• Degree in Physical Therapy required
• AHA BLS certification required
• First Aid certification preferred
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or equivalent required by position
• State licensure and online verification required
• Two managerial or supervisory references preferred from the last 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer
• Candidates must have a U.S. Social Security Number for consideration
