American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience and a current Maryland PT license for a Home Health assignment in Southern and Mid-Prince George’s and Charles County, MD.

Details

• Home health setting covering Southern and Mid-Prince Georges County and Charles County
• Adult patient population with an average of 6 visits per day
• Assignment consists of day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Floating may be required within the health system or to affiliate locations

Requirements

• Current Maryland State PT license required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience in adult home health care required

Additional Information

• Main responsibilities include providing physical therapy assessments and treatments to adult patients in their homes
• Modules are completed during orientation and annually through Relias or Net Learning portal
• Scrub or business casual attire may be required per home health setting standards
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Return staff must be gone for at least 1 year before being considered
• One time-off request is permitted
• This is a nicotine-free facility; passing a nicotine drug screen is required
