• Position is in a physical therapy department
• Day shift schedule from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of one year recent experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Active state license required if applicable
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN required; Canadian SIN not accepted

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist
• May require EKG testing if assigned to specific departments
• Local candidates are accepted within a 50 mile radius at a reduced rate
