Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with an active NV license for an adult respiratory care services assignment.

Details

• Adult inpatient respiratory care unit in a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment
• Uses Epic EMR system, with training provided during orientation or test-out option
• KRONOS timekeeping system utilized
• No blocked scheduling permitted
• Floating to other units not specified
• Minimum of two major holidays coverage required

Requirements

• Active Nevada RRT license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy specialty
• Current certifications must be from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) required for behavioral/psych patients

Additional Information

• A 13-week break is required after completing a contract before returning as a traveler
• Requests for time off must be included with application
• Local candidates living within 60 miles are not eligible
• Training orientation includes Epic EMR
• Must be willing to work at least two major holidays during the assignment
