American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient position requiring lymphedema experience and a current IL license.

Details

• Work in an outpatient occupational therapy department within an acute care hospital
• Day shifts available, with options for 5x8 or 4x10 schedules
• Rotating weekend coverage required every 6 weeks
• Patient population includes those requiring lymphedema therapy
• Floating may occur within hospital or to nearby affiliate sites
• Cerner charting system is used and experience is required

Requirements

• Current IL OT license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of relevant outpatient OT experience required
• BLS certification and NBCOT certification required
• Lymphedema experience required for this position

• Level II Trauma Center work environment
• Gray scrubs or professional business casual attire required
• Block scheduling requests can be discussed during interview
• No on-call required for this role
• Must be able to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Locals are accepted for this position
• Candidates with prior employment at Memorial must have a 12-month gap before applying as a traveler
• RTO requests ideally should not exceed 5 days
• Fingerprinting required for travel clinicians without IL license in hand at time of submission
