Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) with at least 2 years of experience and NC licensure for a night shift regional float position supporting adult and NICU populations.

Details

• Work in a regional health system supporting multiple settings, including adult and NICU patient populations
• Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts from 1900-0700
• Every other weekend and 75% of holidays required
• No call or call back responsibilities
• Requires floating among multiple hospitals and freestanding EDs within Region 2 and Central Division as needed
• Uses EPIC EMR
• Utilizes equipment such as Servo ventilators, Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, Airvo, NOXbox, and bubble cpap

Requirements

• NC Respiratory Care license required if applicable
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Experience in critical care, CVICU, NICU, ED, progressive care, and all floor therapies required
• Ability and willingness to float to all designated facilities in the specified region
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
