Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of recent inpatient acute care experience for a 13-week assignment covering inpatient and SNF settings.

Details

• Work in an inpatient acute care and skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Typical schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a rotating 36/48 weekly hour schedule
• 13-week assignment length
• Bi-weekly orientation available

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient physical therapy experience in an acute care setting
• Active Kentucky or compact state PT license required, if applicable
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
• Copy of driver's license and two professional references required

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services to patients in both acute care and SNF settings
• Travel pairs are not permitted unless there are multiple unit needs
• No gaps in work history will be accepted
• Assignment confirmation is required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Internal candidates should not apply for more than one job at a time
