• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• 13-week assignment with AM 8-hour shifts
• Uses InSync EMR system

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable; compact license may be accepted initially but full state license must be obtained during assignment
• At least one recent professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Virtual interviews are conducted as part of the selection process
• If previously employed as PRN or permanent staff, a minimum one-year break in service is required to return as a traveler
• Lunch breaks are auto-deducted if not clocked out
