Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with recent Epic experience and flexibility to support multiple hospital areas, including neonatal and pediatric populations.

Details

• Work in a hospital environment with responsibilities in the main unit, nursery, and emergency room as needed
• Flexibility required to accommodate a variable schedule covering Monday through Sunday, including every other weekend
• Care for adult, neonatal, and pediatric patient populations
• Must be prepared to float to different units as needed

Requirements

• Current RRT credential with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Recent Epic EMR experience within the last 2 years is required
• Experience or exposure to neonatal and pediatric respiratory care
• License required if applicable
• Reliable personal vehicle or rental vehicle strongly recommended due to lack of public transportation
• Must be able to explain any employment gaps over 90 days

Additional Information

• Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule with no block scheduling permitted
• Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires from November to April
• Flexibility to provide respiratory support in various departments as needed
• Religious or medical exemption documentation for vaccines must be provided if applicable
