Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of ICU and ED experience for a night shift travel position.

Details

• Work in a respiratory/neuro diagnostics unit
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week from 18:30 to 07:00
• Every other weekend required
• Patient care in ICU and ED settings, NICU experience preferred
• Epic EMR system is used and experience with Epic is required
• No on-call or float requirements

Requirements

• Active RRT credential
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU and ED settings
• Experience in NICU preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Current LA state license required if applicable

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are accepted
• A 75-mile radius rule applies for eligibility
• Returning employees must have been gone from any related facility for at least one year to be considered
• Time off of 5 days or less may be allowed, with strict adherence to RTO policies
