American Traveler seeks an experienced Physical Therapist for an inpatient setting working day shifts, requiring a valid NH or compact PT license.

Details

• Position is in an inpatient physical therapy unit
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• No on-call responsibilities are required
• Therapists must be able to work throughout the entire facility as needed

Requirements

• NH or compact PT license required; temporary license not accepted
• Minimum 3 professional references required, with at least 2 from leadership
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Role involves patient evaluations, re-evaluations, and thorough documentation according to licensure and department standards
• Therapists will participate in both disciplinary and interdisciplinary team activities
• Candidates should demonstrate competence in administering standardized tests, scales, and tools
• Weekly orientation is provided
• Perm staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
• Local rate applies within a 50-mile radius
• Three references are required for consideration, including two from leadership
