Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience and active licensure for a night shift travel assignment.

Details

• Position is in the respiratory therapy department of a hospital
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Patient care responsibilities are specific to the respiratory unit

Requirements

• Active RRT license and certification required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy
• Must have at least 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the role
• Current AHA or ARC ACLS certification required
• Current NRP certification required for those caring for neonates
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• Professional references required: two for Florida and Missouri, one for other states

Additional Information

• This role requires delivering respiratory therapy care to a diverse patient population in a hospital setting
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
• All certifications must be valid for at least 30 days after start date
• No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted
