Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 3 years critical care experience for a night shift role at a Level 1 trauma center.

Details

• Work in a Respiratory Therapy and Neuro Diagnostics department at a Level 1 trauma center
• Night shifts (3x12 hours) from 18:45 to 7:15
• Care for high acuity patient population, including NICU if needed
• Every other weekend and major holiday shifts required
• Cross campus coverage across multiple locations required

Requirements

• MA RRT license required
• Minimum 3 years of critical care experience required
• Level 1 trauma center experience required
• Previous NICU experience preferred
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Pass/fail EKG test required
• Two references required for consideration, including one from a Nurse Manager or higher
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing respiratory therapy for high acuity and critical care patients
• Open to candidates who can provide cross-campus coverage between multiple sites
• Must work every other weekend and be available for major holiday coverage
