American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience and BCLS certification for a home health position in East Portland, OR.

Details

• Work in a home health setting serving East Portland and surrounding areas
• Route consists of up to 6 home visits per day with a 1:1 patient ratio; 30 productivity points standard
• Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 8:00 to 16:30; no weekends or on-call required
• Uses Epic EMR Remote Client and Rover app, with Oasis documentation required
• Business casual attire; scrubs are permitted but not required, excluding jeans
• Occasional driving up to a 60-mile radius with travel time up to 90 minutes per day
• Free parking and mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent skilled home health experience required
• Current BCLS certification required
• Experience with Oasis documentation is required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must possess reliable transportation for home visits
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply for this position
• Returning former employees must wait at least 3 months before returning and may not live within 50 miles of the facility
• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state if needed
• Minimal to no RTO is preferred; excessive time off requests may impact consideration
• Supervisory references covering 1 year of comparable employment within the last 3 years are required
