American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with pediatric experience, NJ license, and BLS certification for a day shift inpatient assignment.

Details

• Inpatient pediatric rehabilitation setting
• Works primarily with infants, toddlers, and children up to age 21
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Weekend coverage may be required
• Expected patient population ranges from birth to 21 years
• Utilizes therapeutic equipment including zero G, FES bike, and therapeutic pool
• Uses Epic EMR for documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric physical therapy experience
• Active NJ or Compact PT license required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Two current professional references required
• Must meet facility background criteria with no open or active background or license issues

Additional Information

• Training provided on specialized therapeutic equipment
• Open to first-time travel therapists
• Returning employees must have been separated for at least 1 year before eligibility
• Accepts local candidates at the same pay rate
