• Home health setting focusing on occupational therapy services
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Patient population includes individuals with disabilities or developmental delays
• Role involves both assessment and participation in rehabilitative programs
• 50 mile radius rule applies for candidate eligibility

Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsible for creating, organizing, and implementing rehabilitative programs to enhance daily living, vocational, and homemaking skills
• Provide clinical supervision to assistants and aides and serve as a clinical instructor for students
• Must adhere to privacy and safety regulations and effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Return staff must have been away for at least 1 year to be considered for rehire as a traveler
• Only one holiday request for time off will be approved
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing the assignment contract
