American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a critical need home health role with active licensure and EPIC experience required.

Details

• Position is based in a home health setting
• Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with an every other weekend rotation
• Assignments are 14 weeks in duration
• Uses EPIC for documentation and EMR

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• All licenses and certifications must be active at the time of consideration; pending licenses or certifications are not accepted
• Experience with EPIC EMR is required
• Submission of last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth is required

Additional Information

• Role entails providing physical therapy services in a home health setting
• Every other weekend rotation is required
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
• Assignment duration cannot exceed two years in total across all contracts, as per HR tenure policy
• Completion of required health screenings such as COVID and flu may be necessary
