Requirements

• Active PT license required; compact license accepted initially, but full state license must be obtained during assignment if applicable
• At least one professional reference required for consideration
• Social Security number required

Additional Information

• Candidates who were PRN or permanent staff must have a 1-year gap before returning as a traveler
